How do meal bundles work?

We prepare your order fresh and deliver it to your door each week.

Are meal bundles a subscription?

Our meal bundles are all weekly subscriptions. You can cancel, skip or pause anytime.

Please note that once the order is placed, cancelling, pausing or skipping does not cancel that placed order. Please email us at hello@fitnessbento.com.au to cancel.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. You can skip a week through your customer account if you do not need a delivery for that week.

Please note that customer accounts are not created automatically upon ordering. You'll need to create one with the email use for ordering.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription through your customer account and restart it when you are ready.

You can manage your subscription through your customer account. From there, you can skip a week, pause your subscription, or cancel it.

What is the difference between Regular, Hybrid and Build?

Regular Meals are the smaller portion option. They are better suited for fat loss, maintenance, and lighter appetites.

Build Meals are the larger portion option. They are better suited for muscle gain, performance, and bigger appetites.

Hybrid lets you mix both portion size in one bundle.

How do I choose my meals?

Meal selections are completed through a separate selection form after purchase. An email will be sent a few minutes after ordering with a link to select your meals.

Do I get to choose my own meals?

Yes. You choose your own meals each week from our current weekly menu.

We'll send you an email with a link to select your meals after the order processes.

The menu rotates, so the meals available can change from week to week.

We'll send you scheduled emails and SMS to remind you to select your meals.

When do I need to choose my meals by?

You need to choose or update your meals before Thursday at 8pm. That is the weekly cut-off for the next delivery run.

What happens if I do not choose my meals before the cut-off?

If you do not make your meal selection before Thursday at 8pm, your order will still be placed and our team will select a variety of meals for you.

Do the meals stay the same every week?

No. Our menu rotates weekly, so the meals available this week may be different from the meals available next week.

If you want to choose your meals. You must select them before our Thursday 8pm cut-off.

Can I choose a delivery time?

You can choose between two delivery windows:

9am to 3pm

4pm to 10pm

When will my meals be delivered?

Meals are delivered on Monday. We currently have 2 delivery time slots:

Your meals are delivered in insulated packaging to help keep them fresh until you’re able to bring them inside.

Our meals are delivered fresh and chilled, not frozen. They are packed to stay fresh on arrival.
