What's the order cut-off time

To receive your meals the following Monday, please place your order by Thursday at 10PM. Orders made after the cut-off will be scheduled for delivery the week after.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, you can change your order after it’s been placed. Just contact us via web chat or email at hello@fitnessbento.com.aubefore the Thursday 10PM cut-off, and we’ll update it for you.



Do I need an account to place an order?

What if I'm not home during delivery?

No worries! If you’re not home, we’ll leave your meal box in your designated safe location (e.g. porch, lobby, or garage).

Your meals are delivered in an insulated, chilled box, containing an ice pack and will stay fresh for up to 6 hours.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is a flat rate of $12.99 across our service areas.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to most suburbs across Sydney metro areas. You can use our postcode checker on the Delivery Info page to confirm if we deliver to your area.

Do you offer pick-up?

At the moment, we don’t offer pick-up. All meals are delivered directly to your door for your convenience.

How often does your menu change?

Our menu rotates weekly, with 8 meals featured each week.

This keeps things fresh and exciting, so you can enjoy a variety of flavours while staying on track with your goals.

How long do the meals last?

Our meals stay fresh for up to 7 days when kept refrigerated. You can find the exact use-by date printed on each meal label.

How do I heat the meals?

For fresh meals: Peel back the film slightly and microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until hot throughout.

For frozen meals: Heat for 3 minutes, then stir to distribute the heat evenly. Microwave for another 2–3 minutes until fully heated through.

Heating instructions are also printed on each meal sleeve for your convenience.

How should I store my meals?

Store your meals in the fridge as soon as they’re delivered. They arrive in a chilled, insulated box and should be kept refrigerated to maintain freshness.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

All of our meals are delivered fresh, not frozen. They’re cooked, chilled, and packed to lock in flavour and nutrients - ready to heat and eat.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

We don’t offer meals tailored to specific dietary requirements at this time. However, each meal includes a full ingredient list and nutrition panel, so you can review the details and make the best choice based on your needs.

How do Meal Bundles work?

Our Meal Bundles are a weekly subscription. Choose 10, 15, or 20 meals per week, and we’ll automatically process and deliver your order every Monday. It’s a hassle-free way to stay on track without reordering each week.

How do I select my meals each week?

After your first purchase, you'll receive a link via email and SMS to choose your meals.

Each week after that, we’ll send a new link once your order is processed so you can update your selections.

Meal selections must be submitted by Thursday 10PM.

What happens if I don't select my meals?

If you don’t make a selection by Thursday 10PM, we’ll automatically send you a mix of meals from our current menu.

This ensures you still receive your delivery on time - but we recommend choosing your meals each week so you get exactly what you’re craving.

Can I skip, pause or cancel my bundle?

You can update the number of meals per week and switch between Regular and Build size meals at any time by logging into your account.

Yes! Every order you place earns you loyalty points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 4 points for every $1 spent, excluding delivery and gift card purchases.

You can also earn bonus points by referring friends or completing simple actions like creating an account or subscribing to email notifications.

How do I redeem my points?

Every 1,000 points = $10 off your order.

Make sure you’re logged into your account to view and use your points. Open the rewards tab (bottom left icon) and select "Spend Points".

Copy and Paste your discount code into your checkout.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral link with a friend. When they order, they get $20 off, and you’ll get 2000 points as a thank-you.
