When will the gift card be delivered?
If you choose to send the gift card to someone, it will be delivered to their email address. You can send it straight away (no date input) or select a future date for it to be delivered.
Can I send the gift to myself?
Yes. Simply leave Send as a gift unchecked and complete your purchase. Your gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
What can a Fitness Bento Gift Card be used for?
Gift cards can be used towards Fitness Bento meals and Meal Bundles purchased through our website. Simply enter the gift card code at checkout.
Do Fitness Bento Gift Cards expire?
No. Fitness Bento Gift Cards do not expire, so you can use your balance whenever you're ready.
What happens if the order costs more or less than the gift card balance?
If the order total is less than the available balance, the remaining value stays on the gift card for another order. If the order total is more than the available balance, the gift card can be applied first and the remaining amount paid using another available payment method.
How can I check the remaining gift card balance?
The gift card email includes a link to view the current balance. Keep the email handy so you can access your gift card code and check the remaining balance whenever you need it.
Can Fitness Bento Gift Cards be refunded or purchased with a discount?
Gift card purchases are non-refundable, and promotional discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.
