Storage Instructions
- Keep meals refrigerated at 5°C or below at all times
- Eat the meal within 5 days or freeze them for up to a month
- Do not refreeze once meal has been thawed
Heating Instructions
From Fresh: Peel back film slightly, heat in the microwave for 2.5 minutes on high
From Frozen: Peel back film slight, heat in microwave for 3 minutes on high. Stir contents for even heat distribution. Place back in microwave and head for a further 2 minutes.
